'Ingredients:- 1. Radish – 4 2. Radish Spinach (optional) 3. Coconut – ½ of a coconut 4. Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp 5. Chilli flakes – 2 tsp 6. Black gram – 2 tsp 7. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 8. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp 9. Garlic 10. Onion – 2 11. Coconut oil – 2 tbsp Preparation:- 1. Heat a kadayi with coconut oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram and sauté well till the black gram becomes golden brown. 2. Add garlic and sauté well. 3. Add onion and salt. Saute well till it gets slight brown colour. 4. Add turmeric powder and chilli flakes. Mix well. 5. Add grated coconut and mix well till it get dried. 6. Add Radish spinach (optional) and cook it for 2 min in low flame. 7. Add Radish. Mix well and cook till the radish get cooked and add salt as required.
